Advance Payment for the Campsite Reservation
The cash advance payment may be executed in the form of a bank transfer on the bank account number stated on the reservation confirmation. The paid cash advance amount for the campsites will be deducted from the bill for the campsite stay.
Outpatient Unit
The outpatient unit in the campsite Park Umag is located in the vicinity of the campsite reception.
Guest Animation
Organized guest animation is available to all campsite guests without any additional charge. Information on everyday daytime and evening animation program may be obtained on the bulletin board in the vicinity of the campsite pool.
ATM Machines
The ATM machines are located at the campsite reception.
Pools
The pool complex of approximately 1800 square meters of water surfaces is located in campsite Park Umag The pool complex is composed of three different depths and sizes along with the kids’ pool with a pirate ship in the middle as well as a waterfall and several toboggans.
Check in – Check out
• May the guests enter the campsite during the night?
The access to the campsites during the night time peace is not allowed .If your arrival is scheduled in the period from 11 PM to 7 AM, you may spend your first night at the car-park, which is located next to the reception office.
• Until when may I stay in the camp on the check out day?
The camping pitch has to be cleared no later than 12 PM on the check out day, otherwise we charge 15 EUR for late check-out (until 2 PM), and if failed to do so, the charge for an additional day will be added to the bill.
Church
The Roman Catholic Church is located in the centre of the city of Umag. Church services are held everyday in the afternoon. The Church service in foreign languages is available on Sundays in the months of June, July and August.
Ecology
The Blue Flag – Istraturist campsite beaches are equipped with the international environmental standard “The Blue Flag“ which guarantees continuous beach quality inspection as well as the sea quality and the safety of the bathers.
Water Conservation – In camp Umag, a systematic recycle of water is performed through a bio-filter and the resulting purified waters are then used for watering of the campsite’s horticulture.
Electricity Conservation - The light in the sanitary facilities is sensor-regulated, while the water is heated up with gas reservoirs and solar panels on three different water temperatures.
Fax
Fax service is offered in campsite receptions in accordance with the current price list.
First Aid
In case of an accident, please contact the campsite reception. The hospital is located in the city of Umag, or approximately 5-10 min. of drive-time from the campsite Park Umag. The hospital’s telephone number is 94.
Internet
The Internet café in Park Umag is located at the very entrance, next to the reception. Working Hours: 07:00 – 20:00. Wireless internet access is available in the campsite Park Umag around the reception and the pool complex.
People with Disabilities
Sanitary facilities for people with special needs or disabilities are a part of every sanitary complex in the campsites. Undisturbed wheel-chair access to the sanitary complex is available.
Excursions
The information on organized excursions may be obtained and reserved at the camp’s Info point in the vicinity of the pool.
Credit Cards
The following credit cards are accepted as a form of payment on all campsite receptions: Master-Card, Diners, American Express. Visa, and Maestro.
Pets
Pets are allowed the access to all Istraturist campsites within the predefined areas with an surcharge according to the current price list. We kindly ask the guests to take their dogs by leash and to control their behavior.
• May the dogs bathe in the sea?
Every campsite has a specially marked part of the beach assigned for dog bathing, and all other beaches are not to be used for that purpose. These locations are marked on the campsite map.
• Are special pet showers available?
There are special pet showers available in all campsite sanitary complexes.
Pharmacy

Exchange Office
Foreign currencies can be exchanged in the campsite receptions at the official exchange rate.
Mobile Houses
If you wish to rent a mobile home in camping Park Umag please contact Call centre at +385 52 700 700 send an e-mail to

or make an online reservation through these web pages. Interior surface of the mobile home is 21,7m2. Pets are not permitted in the mobile homes and linen for the mobile homes can be rented on the weekly basis in the campsite.
Flat Rate
Flat rate camp pitches are limited, and new contracts are signed only with the certificate previously issued by the reception according to the current price list, exclusively for the period in which the campsite is open.
Postal Services
Postage Stamps can be bought at the daily news stands in the vicinity of the sanitary complex no. 3.
Letter boxes are located in campsite reception offices. Please contact the campsite reception staff if you want the reception office to take you messages or mail.
Waterline and electric supply connections
The electric supply connections are equipped with the universal 220 V / 10 A EU connectors.
Waterline connections and drainage pippes are found exclusively on L camping pitches on all campsites.
Reservation of pitch number
The non-refundable RESERVATION FEE for reservations of a

. The plot number or the zone cannot be chosen through online booking. This reservation fee is not valid for mobile homes, since it is not possible to choose the number of this accommodation unit.

Drive in the Campsite
The drive speed in the campsite is limited to 10 km/h. The drive of motor vehicles in the campsites is not allowed in the period from 3 PM to 5 PM and from 11 PM to 7 AM during the afternoon and the night time peace.
